I had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location, right next to the ferry station, was perfect for my trip to an island nearby. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning and sitting area, ensured my comfort throughout my stay. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent room service and housekeeping. The outdoor swimming pool was a relaxing way to spend my downtime, and the sun terrace and garden area were lovely spaces to sit and enjoy the ocean view.

Excellent location near Catamaran to Isla Mujeres, local tourist area, and cheap daily tours. Beautiful unit with great amenities, including a balcony with sea view. Easy access to transportation and convenient for airport transfers.

The location is perfect as it's close to the harbor where the ship leaves for Isla Mujeres and the ferry that takes you over there. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were great. Breakfast on the deck with a view of the sea was a highlight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast at Casa Caribe Cancun was delicious and satisfying. We were served a generous plate of toast with butter and jam, a cup of coffee or tea, and a variety of fresh sliced fruits including watermelon, kiwi, and lime. It was the perfect way to start our day.

One specific situation that happened to us was the power outage. the hotel quickly resolved the issue and provided alternative accommodations.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Ultramarine ferry port, making it the perfect choice if you want to visit Isla Mujeres. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast provided is simple but satisfies your morning hunger.

The lack of English-speaking staff can be a challenge for communication.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the ferry to the beautiful Isla Mujeres, allowing me to easily explore the island and enjoy its fine beaches. the hotel was situated in an area with local restaurants, giving me the opportunity to try authentic cuisine and immerse myself in the local culture. Another advantage I enjoyed was the air-conditioned rooms with a comfortable escape from the warm Cancun weather.
